Hyderabad, December 23: Mr. Shahab Uddin Hashmi Bureau chief Siasat daily has been elected as managing committee member Hyderabad Journalists cooperative Housing Society.
9 members have been elected as managing committee members here at Hyderabad Journalists Cooperative Housing society office at Jubilee Hills while 29 members participated in the fray.
Voting was conducted through ballot papers.
Out of total 768 voters 402 society members used their voting right.
The 9 elected members include V J M Divakar (Indian express), R Sailesh Reddy (Zee TV), D Srinivas Reddy (Telugu daily Sakshi), V Narendar Reddy (Sakshi), S A Ishaqi (Deccan Chronicle), Jya Prasad (Metro Channel), Venkat Chari (Vishal Andhra), Mohammad Shahab Uddin Hashmi (Siasat Daily) and M Venu Gopal Rao (Praja Shakti).
