Hyderabad, December 29: Moghal Pura police has registered a case against a south zone municipal officer. It is said that police has registered a case against M A Saleem Uddin junior assistant south zone circle IV on complaint lodged by assistant medical and health officer Vijay Kumar of the same department. It should be remembered that Vijay Kumar himself has a case against him.
Earlier Municipal candidate M A Qavi Abbas (advocate) had filed a petition challenging the Moghal pura corporator Mukaram Ali’s election as corporator and complained that Mukarram Ali has more that one children. In this connection a case had been registered against two municipal officers for tampering the birth and death records.
According to highly placed sources Vijay Kumar yesterday approached Moghal Pura police station and complained that it was Junior Assistant Saleem Uddin not he who was responsible for the manipulations.
The police registered a case against Saleem Uddin on the basis of complaint.
