New Delhi: Once a close friend and confident of Modi , businessman Zafar Sareshwala is no more happy with prime minister Narendra Modi as well as BJP.
‘Modi used me when he needed, now many people who were demonizing him before had come close to him , said former Chancellor of the Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) in an interview with The Wire.
When Modi became Prime Minister Sareshwala gained considerable public attention for being a strident supporter and a close confidante of Narendra Modi, the current Prime Minister of India.
I was hundred percent sure that BJP will not give me anything, it was crystal clear to me and I had no illusion about that’ he added.
Notably when no one stood with Modi and no one was willing to accept Modi as Prime Ministerial candidate, Sareshwala came out openly in his support and justified his candidature as Prime Minister before general election 2014.
