BJP’s prime ministerial nominee Narendra Modi will address an election rally here on March 31, party sources said on Monday.
Modi had earlier addressed a rally at Pasighat in East Siang district on February 22 last.
Elections to the 60-member Arunachal assembly and two Lok Sabha constituencies will be held on April 9.
