If the consumer of IT does not get the facility of Internet, his official activities get paralyzed. During Cyber age man has got many facilities without which he cannot think of life. These thoughts were expressed by Amer Ali Khan, News Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily while releasing the second book of Mr. Mohammed Ehteshamul Hasan Mujahid “Cyber Daur Mein Hyderabad Ke Rozname(Dailies of Hyderabad in Cyber Era) ” .
Continuing his address, Mr. Amer Ali Khan told that the need of the hour is to offer modern courses in science and mathematics to the students of Deeni Madrasas. These students can learn by heart 6666 Quranic verses. It is not difficult for them to get expertise in modern knowledge. He requested the managements of Deeni Madrasas to extend their cooperation in the campaign launched by Siasat Urdu Daily.
Prof. Fatima Parveen, Chairperson, Dept. of Urdu, OU told that the need of the hour is to link Urdu with Cyber technology since without modern technology the progress of Urdu gets hampered. Prof. S.A. Shukoor, Director of Urdu Academy in his address highlighted the history of newspapers and the collection of old newspapers available at Idara-e-Adabiyat-e-Urdu and said that this collection is very important for research scholars. Dr. Sayed Fazalullah Mukarram, Chairman, Board of Studies in Urdu of the faculty of Oriental languages of OU conducted the meeting.
