Weeks after two major earthquakes, that struck within weeks, rattled the Himalayan nation, moderate tremors with magnitude 5.7 on Richter Scale were recorded on Saturday.
According to reports, the quake originated in Nepal at a depth of 10 km.
However, there were no reports of any damage or casualty from anywhere in the region.
The tremors were also felt in India today evening at 5.05 pm, which includes north Bengal and Sikkim.
According to the Indian Meterological Department in Sikkim, the tremor lasted for 10.5 seconds.
Meanwhile, seven mild tremors recorded near Kathmandu this morning with magnitude around 4 on the Richter Scale kept people on edge in quake-Nepal.
