(Siasat News) A.P. High Court ordered the Govt. of A.P. to accept the applications of all the eligible candidates for the posts of teachers in the Govt. model schools irrespective of their medium of instruction.
Mr. Justice V. Eswaraiah and Mr. Justice K.G. Shanker struck down the notification of the Govt. issued earlier.
The Division bench also instructed the Registry to shift this case to another single bench and present the case before the chief justice of A.P. High Court.
An appeal was submitted challenging the stay order of the single judge.
