The Meerpet police on Thursday retrieved the body of a woman who went missing from his home yesterday.
The deceased C Lakshmi (35) a Labor W/o Chinna Keshav Reddy R/o Jilelguda, was going from her house on Wednesday and did not return back, her body was floating on Mantrala lake of Meerpet on Thursday morning hours, immediately police rushed to the spot and retrieve the body. Police suspect woman accidentally drowned in lake.
Meerpet police registered a case and dead body shifted to Gandhi Hospital Mortuary for postmortem, after autopsy deceased body handed over to her relatives. (INN)
