Another female software engineer, whose mobile was switched-off after boarding a bus in MGBS made, placed the entire City police force on the edge. However, it turned out that she was safe.
According to Afzalgunj police, Bharani, 26, a techie and resident of HUDA colony of Attapur is working as a software engineer in Bangalore. On October 26, she boarded a bus to Bangalore at 9 pm, while her father, P Mohan Rao gave her a send off at MGBS. However, when he tried contacting her mobile, it was switched off.
Worried Mohan Rao started trying in vain till midnight and the next day when he contacted her Software Organisation, they informed him that Bharani did not come to office. Family members after inquiring with their relatives and friends in Hyderabad could not get any information and lodged complaint at Afzalgunj police station on Thursday night. Police have registered missing case. However, she contacted her parents on Saturday and promised to return on Monday. (INN)
