Hyderabad, March 14: Two persons, including a degree student, who went missing a few days ago were found dead in separate instances yesterday.
Police suspect both persons committed suicide after they left their respective houses.
M Ramesh (20), a degree first year student of a government college at Hayathnagar, was a resident of Torrur village under Hayathnagar police limits.
On March 8, he left his house and after searching for him, his father, Narasimha, registered a complaint with the police.
On Sunday, Narasimha found his son’s slippers near an agricultural well on the outskirts of the village and later found Ramesh’s body in it.
Police said Ramesh used to behave abnormally making his family members suspect that he was possessed by an evil spirit.
They even took him to some black magicians to ward off evil.
“Ramesh might have committed suicide in a depressed state,” police said.
Meanwhile, the highly decomposed body of an youngster was found hanging from a tree in a forest area in Ibrahimpatnam yesterday.
The deceased was identified as D Veeresh (24), a resident of Dandumailaram.
According to police, Veeresh used to while away his time without doing any work and his family members chided him for being jobless. A month back, Veeresh left his house.
Yesterday, locals found Veeresh’s body hanging from a tree and informed police.
The body was in a highly decomposed state and police suspect he might have hanged himself to death nearly 20 days back. Police registered cases and are investigating.
