Missing’ girls traced in Kakinada

Annoyed by reprimand from parents, five school-going girls ` moved out ‘ from their homes in Rajahmundry Urban police district limits on Tuesday.

These missing girls created a commotion in the city. However, the tribulation has ended on a happy note as the five have been traced by the police in Kakinada.It is said these girls wanted to spend two days in Kakinada before returning home.

The three girl students who were studying in Chaitnaya Techno School are Morampudi, Pulagam Sushma Sahasi (Class 8), Pulagam Reshma Naidu (Class 6) and Pathuri Sindhu Jahnavi (Class 8) along with Akkireddi Gayathri Sowbhagya Lakshmi (Class 9) from Gouthami Public School and Cheppula Ashritha (Class 8) from Divya Public School in Rajanagaram went missing from Tuesday evening.

They talk into the hotel staff that they had come to participate in a sports meet and checked in at Amaravathi lodge in Kakinada

The hotel management informed the local police after seeing breaking news about the missing girls on TV channels.
The girls were brought to Rajahmundry and handed them over to their parents in the presence of Rajahmundry Urban MRO by the police .
