The Uppal police on Tuesday retrieved the body of a minor girl who went missing from his home since two days back.
The deceased, S Sirisha (3) D/o Raju R/o Huts at Satyanagar of Uppal, was missing from near her house since last two days back April 20. She was a native of East Godavari District, victim parents registered a case of missing, Her body was found near a lake in Sevarage water filter on Tuesday morning hours, immediately police rushed to the spot and retrieve the body. Police suspect girl accidentally drowned in filter.
Uppal police registered a case and dead body shifted to Gandhi Hospital Mortuary for postmortem, after autopsy deceased body handed over to her relatives. (INN)
