New Delhi, October 20: The decomposed body of a 11-year-old body, who was missing since Monday, was discovered in a park in east Delhi today with police suspecting that he was murdered after being sodomised.
The boy was missing since October 18 after he went to watch Dusshera celebrations, a senior police official said.
The body was discovered from the park in Sanjay Jheel locality at around 10 AM.
“There were no clothes on the body. So we suspect it to be a case of sodomy. However, we have to wait for the post mortem to ascertain the exact cause of death,” the official said.
A case has been registered and further investigations are on.
