Hyderabad, April 09: Unidentified persons damaged the statue of Dr Ambedkar at Srinivasa Nagar crossroads under the Jeedimetla police limits on Friday. Locals noticed the damage at the shoulder and leg on Friday morning and staged a protest.
They alleged that it was the second time in the recent past that the statue was damaged and demanded action against the culprits.
Jeedimetla police registered a case.
