Mischief monger who planted beef in a temple arrested

The South Zone police have arrested one mischief monger for planting beef in an temple in Nandi Muslaiguda area of Bahadurpura. The Deputy Commissioner of Police South Zone Manish Kumar Sinha told that on 10 April G.Shiva Kumar purchased beef from local shop and planted it in Pochamma Temple. The mischief created tension in the locality.

The DCP further informed that With a feeling of insecurity and with a intension to bring a police picket in his locality, Shiva Kumar @ Rakesh Tej purchased beef from local shop and planted it on the temple at 1545 hrs on 10-04-2012 and spread rumours that some one has put beef in Pochamma Temple located in SP Nagar.The Bahadurpura registered a case and while investigating the case they arrested Shiva Kumar.

In this case the police rather blaming the right wing activists for these incidents have termed the mischief in temple as Isolated incidents guided by local issues, perverted mind set people are trying to create mischief in a surcharged atmosphere. The police have also claimed that there are leads available in other cases of mischief too.
