Mir Kowkab Ali has been awarded Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D.) in Dept. of Political Science & Public Administration, Maulana Azad National Urdu University.
According to the notification released by the Controller of Examinations he has submitted his thesis on “Organization and Working of Civil Supplies Department in A. P. with Special Reference to Public Distribution System in Warangal District” under the Supervision of Prof. S. M. Rahmatullah, Dean, School of Pol. Sc. & Pub. Admn.
He is first Ph.D. Passout from the Dept. of Pol. Sc. & P.A. Mr. Kowkab Ali is working as Head of Dept. of Pol. Sc. & Pub. Admn. at Islamia Arts & Science College (Warangal).
He is also conferred the Best Teacher Award by the Urdu Academy Andhra Pradesh in the past.
