Minority Welfare Minister Mr. Mohammed Ahmedullah called on chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy on Saturday and once again made representation for appointment of a suitable official on the post of Principal Secretary Minority Welfare.
Mr. Ahmedullah has made representation for the 2nd consecutive day. He informed that due to absence of a permanent Principal Secretary in an important department like Minority Welfare, several important files of the minority welfare are pending. He complained that he himself could not take important decisions regarding minority schemes. The files sent to the in charge principal secretary for approval are getting piled up with him awaiting approval as the in charge Principal Secretary Raymond Peter is already heavily burdened with work.
