Hyderabad, December 21: The Minority Welfare Minister, Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Ullah, the Chairman of the AP State Hajj Committee, Mr Syed Khaleeluddin Ahmed, and the members have congratulated all the pilgrims, who returned home safely as per schedule, and their near and dear ones on accomplishment of their lifetime desire of visiting the holy cities and performing the Hajj. The Hajj Camp 2010 came to a conclusion with the return of all the pilgrims from the Hajj pilgrimage. Altogether 24 flights reached Hyderabad safely. The Hajj Committee made arrangements for receiving the pilgrims at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Shamshabad.
In a press note issued on Monday, Mr. Ahmadullah stated that Allah the Almighty has provided an opportunity to those lucky ones to visit his House in Makkah. The pilgrims, who have returned from the Hajj as pure and as innocent as just born, should keep up the spirit of the Hajj throughout their lives and become a role model for the society, the minister said.
The minister thanked Allah for giving him an opportunity to serve the Hajj pilgrims and make arrangements for their safe and secure journey. He said that he will continue to serve the Hajj pilgrims throughout his life.
The minister also thanked all the departments concerned including Customs, Immigration, Police, GHMC, Medical and Health, Saudi Arabian Airlines, CISF, AIR India, GMR, Princess Esra Hospital, media, volunteers and others who actively participated in the Hajj Camp with the sole purpose of serving the pilgrims.
