Hyderabad: The proposed visit of Minority Welfare Legislative Committee to Delhi and Ajmer has been postponed. Committee had planned to visit Ajmer on August 9 and 10, however the members requested to postpone the programme so that Independence Day programme could be finalised.
Chairman Committee and MLA Amer Shakeel is likely to finalise new dates next week after consultation with other members. Minority Welfare Committee will visit Hamdard University and inspect Civil Service coaching. There is a proposal to start coaching in Hyderabad in collaboration with Hamdard University.
During Ajmer visit, land will be identified for building Hyderabadi Rubat. Telangana government had requested Rajasthan government to allot land at suitable place and Rs. 5 Cr has been allotted for construction of Rubat.
