Minority Residential Schools will be constructed on Waqf lands

Hyderabad: Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institutions Society (TMREIS) which has established 10 schools under Greater Hyderabad Limits has decided to utilise Waqf land due to non availability of open land in the city.

Telangana State Waqf Board will identify proposed site for construction of schools which will be given on lease to the society in the coming months. Society has requested the Waqf Board to submit the list of places so that world class minority schools could be constructed. 1 to 5 acre land will be required for each school. Society will pay lease charges as per market rates.
