Mr. Omer Jaleel expressed his anxiety over the non-utilization of the allotted budget. He told that he will visit all the districts from 1st January to review the schemes of scholarships, bank loans and fees reimbursement.

He told that C.M. has sanctioned a scheme which provides loans up to Rs. 2 lakh to unemployed graduates belonging to minorities to start their own business. This scheme includes a subsidy of one lakh but orders have not been issued by the Govt. yet. He avoided the question of construction of new hajj house. He said that Wakf Board has no powers to sell or transfer any wakf property. If Wakf Board provides any wakf property to any other party for commercial purposes, its rights should be with the Wakf Board.
