Hyderabad, November 28: A convention was organised by Salama Academy on the topic of RTE act 2010 and apprehensions and demands of minorities at office of the academy Purani Haveli.
The convention was presided over by Mr. Nazimuddin Farooqui chairman academy. prof. Mohammad Akber Ali Khan vice chancellor Telangana university Kareem Nagar attended the convention as chief guest. During his address he advised the minorities to know their rights at the first place and then study the laws enacted by the government through every level.
Regarding Right to Education Act 2010 he said we must understand the concept of government regarding this act, ponder over the mechanism and must develop positive thinking instead of negative one.
Prof. Akber Ali khan said that if there is any loophole in the RTE act then we should collectively reflect upon it and get it plugged through amendment.
