Jaipur, July 18: In a gruesome incident, a three- year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted and then killed in Pratap Nagar locality in the city, police said today.
“The body was recovered this morning from an under- construction building by a group. The girl’s parents found her missing from the place where they were sleeping at a nearby site,” they said.
The victim’s parents, hailing from West Bengal, worked as labourers.
Preliminary investigation suggested that the culprit was known to the family, they said, adding nobody has been arrested so far in this connection.
