A 13-year-old girl was allegedly kidnapped and raped by her neighbour.
According to Golconda police, the victim was allegedly kidnapped from her residence in Ramdevguda by one Tinku with the help of his two friends Saleem and Altaf on April 5. They took her to Tandur where Tinku raped the girl.
The girl later returned to her house and informed her parents about the crime. Based on the complaint lodged by her victim’s mother, police registered a case under Sections 363, 376 IPC against Tinku, Saleem and Althaf and began investigation.
The victim was sent for medical examination to Osmania General Hospital’s Forensic and Toxicology Department on Thursday. The accused persons are said to be absconding. (INN)
