A 25-year-old man succumbed to the head injury which he had sustained after he was hit by his co-worker with an iron rod.
According to Mangalhat police, the victim, Vikram Divaji, of Saklivadi and a worker of a plywood shop in Osmanganj, reportedly passed some objectionable comments against his co-worker Kamlesh Kumar, during an argument between them on Saturday. Out of rage, Kamlesh hit Vikram on the head with an iron rod. He suffered a grievous injury and was rushed to a private hospital where he died on Sunday.
Mangalhat police have registered a case of murder under Section 302 IPC against Kamlesh, who is said to be absconding. (INN)
