A 35-year-old woman committed suicide by consuming some unknown poison.
According to Doma police, N Padma, who had consumed poison at her residence in Doma of Ranga Reddy district on February 12, died at the Osmania General Hospital on Sunday. Padma was living alone since her husband Chinna Kishtaiah’s death about an year ago. On February 12, she was allegedly insulted by one Krishnaiah following an argument over some trivial issue. Felt humiliated she resorted to the extreme step.
Police began investigation after registering a case under Section 306 against Krishnaiah. (INN)
