Two A P ministers today jointly inspected Vijayawada government hospital and asked the doctors to provide better medical services to people who come for treatment to the hospital.
Medical and health minister Kamineni Srinivas and social welfare minister Ravel Kishore Babu went to the hospital at 9.40 am and interacted with the staff and patients.
Minister Srinivas said it was the duty of the doctors to give priority in providing better services to people who come from villages to get medical facilities in the hospital.
They also directed the hospital staff to keep the hospital premises clean and asked hospital superintendent Dr Suryakumari to take steps in providing drinking water to the patients.(NSS)
