Transport Minister P Mahender Reddy has promised that all villages across Telangana State would have connectivity with RTC buses.
Speaking to media persons in Armoor of Nizamabad district here on Friday, the minister said that all villages and even hamlets would be covered by giving expansion to the services of RTC. He said efforts were being made to take Telangana State RTC on the top position in the country. He also assured the employees that the government would take a decision on giving them Telangana increments after the completion of bifurcation process of RTC.
Earlier, the minister, along with Telangana Legislative Council Chairman Swamy Goud, laid the foundation stone for the expansion of CC Road near Armoor Bus Stand and also launched the bus services between Armoor and Yadagirigutta. Armoor MLA Jeevan Reddy, Municipal Chairman Swati Singh Bablu and other senior officials were present on the occasion. (INN)
