Secondary Education Minister K. Parthasarathi on Tuesday admitted there was delay in releasing the merit list of DSC-2012.
Speaking to the media here, Parthasarathi attributed the delay to technical reasons in getting the information of the candidates of Teachers Eligibility Test (TET). He pointed out that the final merit list of the DSC would be prepared calculating the marks secured in the DSC written test and TET. He also said that the process of filling of posts with DSC-2012 candidates would be completed in a month.
The minister said that DSC counseling would be conducted as per schedule. After discussing with the officials, the dates of counseling would be announced, he added. (NSS)
