MIM’s double standard exposed during special Assembly session for reservations

Hyderabad: Fulfilling his promise to provide 12 percent reservations to Muslims, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao passed 12 pc reservations bill in the House by convening a special sitting on Sunday. But sadly and surprisingly the MLA and MIM floor leader Akbaruddin Owaisi who claims to be a Muslim sympathiser was missing from the House at a time when state government had convened special session to provide 12 pc reservations to Muslims.

Muslim quota bill is like the backbone for Muslim community, at that crucial time the so called Muslim sympathiser was busy on foreign tours. Moreover the Hyderabad city these days is confronting with sizzling problems like hot weather and water scarcity. Ignoring the problems of the people and disregarding Muslim reservations, the said MLA is giving importance to his pleasure trip. What type of leadership is it?

While the BJP is dead set against Muslim reservations, the so called Muslim leadership was missing from the House. It elucidates that his sympathy towards Muslims is transitory and devious and just for vote bank. It has become a norm for MIM to evade any issue related to Muslims.

As reported by the Munsif Daily, the antagonists celebrated the absence of Akbar Uddin from the House during special sitting for reservation hike, which hurt the sentiments of Muslims.
