Telangana BJPLP leader Dr K. Lakshman here on Sunday warned that IT & Panchayat Minister K Tarakarama Rao has neither moral right nor stature to criticize Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Speaking to mediapersons here, Dr Lakshman alleged that IT Minister KTR was attacking Prime Minister Modi at the instance of MIM supremo Asaduddin Owaisi for gaining benefit in the ensuing GHMC elections. He also alleged that the ruling TRS and the communal MIM party were conspiring to grab GHMC from the back door. He also ridiculed that the TRS “Car” was being driven by the MIM leaders since the pink party wrested power in the State.
Stating that the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre had sanctioned 60,000 houses for poor in the Telangana State, Dr Lakshman slammed the State government for not inviting Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the foundation stone laying programs. All the ministers in the State were only meant to work for elections and by-elections in the State but not administration. He also demanded an explanation from the TRS government as to why it did not celebrate Telangana Liberation Day on September 17 as promised earlier. (NSS)
