Hyderabad: MIM issued a legal notice to ex-BJP MLA, Mr. Yatin Oza and Mr. Rafath Javeed, CEO of a Noida based news portal “Janata ka Reporter” for claiming nexus between BJP and MIM.
Mr. Ashok Reddy, Senior Advocate of High Court served this notice yesterday in which one week’s time has been given to Mr. Rifath Javed to tender an unconditional apology or face the defamation case and to pay damages worth Rs. 50 cr.

It may be noted that a news item was published last week reporting the letter written by Mr. Oza to Mr. Arvind Kejriwal, CM of Delhi.
Mr. Owaisi denied the statement of Mr. Oza and decided to issue legal notice. He further told that similar legal notices will also be issued to other media outlets which had published the report.
