MIM corporator quits Party, will contest independent

Mohammed Ghouse corporator from Shah Ali Banda, resigned from MIM all party posts on Tuesday. He was miffed with the party not considering his name for the Charminar assembly Constituency.

Once known as a party loyalist, Ghouse was first elected as corporator from Charminar division in 2002 and later Shah Ali Banda in 2009. He also serves as the MIM deputy floor leader in GHMC. He is reportedly a businessman with interests in real estate, clothing and bangle trade in Lad Bazaar.

According to Sources, MIM revealed that Ghouse has handed over his resignation letter to the party’s assembly floor leader Mr.Akbar uddin owaisi.

Ghouse said to media, I have worked hard for the party for more than 10 years. I have worked day and Night for the party, I am exploring all options and will seek the opinion of my supporters on which party I should join or if I should contest from Charminar Assembly constituency as an independent.
