Peshawar, March 29: Pro-Taliban militants blew up two state-run schools in northwest Pakistan on Monday though there were no reports of casualties, officials said.
The militants destroyed the Government Boys Schools at Jovakai with explosive devices early this morning, the officials said.
No one was injured in the attacks as the schools were empty when the explosive devices went off.
The total number of schools targeted by militants in the area has gone up to 30.
