Islamic State militants have reportedly beheaded a few month old baby girl who was seen pinned to the floor and in distress as a knife was held to her throat in strategic Syrian town of Kobani.
According to the Daily Star, the baby’s photos were recovered by Kurdish soldiers from dead IS militants’ phones on the Syria-Turkey border.
IS extremists have apparently killed the baby along with her family for being Alevi Muslims which is a branch of Islam whose followers are being targeted by IS group across Syria and Iraq.
The pictures recovered from the dead IS militants’ phones also show some jihadists playing football with their victims’ heads.
The pictures were reportedly recovered by Kurdish soldiers last week on Friday.
