Milad-un-Nabi conference held at Osmania University

Hyderabad: Osmania University Vice Chancellor Prof S Ramchandram said meetings and conferences on Seeratun Nabi are the best sources of dispelling misconceptions regarding Islam, because Islamic intellectuals and clerics in these meetings threw light on such segments of the life of Prophet of Islam (pbuh) which were unknown to non-Muslim persons. He was addressing at the Milad-un-Nabi conference organized by Minority Students Organization (MSO), Osmania University here at ICSSR Library Hall of Osmania University.

Dr. Mateenuddin Quadri member Telangana Public Service Commission, Prof. CH Gopal Reddy registrar Osmania university, Prof. Mustafa Shareef, Dean Faculty of Arts Osmania College, Mr. Shaikh Ahmed Ali DSP Central Training detective agency Ramanthapur, Mr. Abdul Qader Faisal, Prof. T Krishna Rao OSD Osmania University, Prof. D Ravinder Principal UCA and SS Osmania University, Prof. SA Rahman Principal Nizam College, Prof. Syed Mohammed Tanveer Khudanumai dept. of Persian OU, Mr. Syed Amjed, Mr. Mohammed Ashfaq Chand, Maulana Naseer Mazahari, Mr. Imtiyaz Husain, Dr. R K Pavan Kumar librarian and others spoke on the occasion.

Speaking further the vice chancellor said Prophet of the Islam (pbuh) is such a great personality that we can lead a successful life by following his Sunnah. Non-Muslim, dalit, tribal students belonging to other minority communities also attended the conference.
