Acting on a report submitted by the Engineer-in-Chief (Irrigation), Hyderabad, the State government has approved the recommendations of State Level Standing Committee to close the contract as per clause 4.4.1 and Clause 15.2 of GCC r/w PS61 to APSS and accorded administrative approval for the work Construction of Balance works of formation of Mid Manair Reservoir near Manwada (V) Boinpally (M) Karimnagar District for Rs.347 crores and also ratify the action taken by the Chief Engineer (Projects), Karimnagar for calling fresh tenders subject to taking action to quantify the liability that rests on all the defaulting agencies and to make good the same.
