Jaipur, May 07: The Rajasthan government today announced that muster roll of Mahatama Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) engaging lakhs of labourers would be digitised on computer in a unified manner.
Holding a meeting on implementation of MGNREGA scheme here, chief minister Ashok Gehlot said the trial work on digitisation was under way at Jodhpur and Churu and it would be expanded in other districts soon.
Rajiv Gandhi Seva Kendra would be linked with the muster roll computerisation work at panchayat samiti and gram panchayat levels, Gehlot said.
Rajiv Gandhi Seva kendra would be set up before August 15 at panchayat level and by October two at Gram panchayat level, he said.
CM also reviewed the drought relief measures being under way in parts of the state, and Bharat Nirman Rajiv Gandhi Seva Kendra, likely to start as per schedule.
