MFD takes steps to ensure speedy distribution of minority institutions

Telangana government has begun consultation with the officials of Andhra Pradesh to ensure speedy distribution of minority institutions. Special Secretary Minority Welfare Mr. Syed Omer Jaleel convened a meeting with incharge secretary Minority Welfare Andhra Pradesh Mr. Shaikh Mohammed Iqbal (IPS) here in which distribution of various minority institutions was reviewed.

Director Minority Welfare Telangana Mr. Jalaluddin Akber and Managing Director Minority Finance Corporation Prof. S A Shukoor and other officials were present in the meeting. It was decided in the meeting that split of Minority Finance Corporation, Urdu Academy, Waqf Board, Christian Finance Corporation, Survey Commissioner Waqf and CEDM will be completed shortly so as to improve the performance of minority institutions in both the states. Implementation of government schemes is stalled due to delay in distribution of minority institutions between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
