A meeting of Board of Directors of State Minority Finance Corporation was held at Hajj House on Saturday. Chairman Minority Finance Corporation Mohammed Hidayat presided over the meeting. This was the first introductory meeting of the newly formed board of governors in which implementation of schemes by the corporation was reviewed.
Vice chairman and managing director Prof. S A Shukoor apprised the board members of schemes of the corporation and details of implementation. Chairman and some members gave proposals regarding new schemes which include direct loans to poor minorities.
Later talking to press persons chairman Mohammed Hidayat and managing director Prof. S A Shukoor told that it has been decided to implement the minority welfare schemes by seeking additional funds from National Minority Developmental Corporation.
