Mesuit: iPhone Dual-SIM case that runs Android

New Delhi: An E-commerce start-up has launched a new iPhone case in India, Mesuit, which runs both on iOS and Android operating system. The Mesuit uses the home device’s dual-SIM, dual-standby features to offer simultaneous access to all functionalities of the two OS on a single phone. The case is exclusively available on Yerha.com for Rs 9,990.

The case was first launched in India in July 2016 by Chinese company Jijia, the Mesuit case offers the Android experience onto the iPhone through an app that can be installed from the App Store, reports Gadgets 360.

Currently available for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s users in India, it brings the dual-SIM (dual standby) functionality on iPhone. Jijia’s Mesuit has a 1700mAh battery inbuilt to give an extra seven hours to the battery life.

On top of that, it holds 16GB of inbuilt storage to store media content on it, instead of the iPhone, all of which can be controlled through the Mesuit app.

The app displays the usage of battery, memory and storage capacity of the phone as well as the case. “Once you download the app & turn the Bluetooth on, your device is ready to be used either as an iPhone or as an Android phone, and you can easily connect the case with the iPhone via the lightning port,” explained the company.

The case has a dimension of 160.5x 70×5.5mm with a rough texture, and a slight small bump at the bottom edge, elongating the iPhone a bit further. That extra length adds more memory, battery life, extra SIM slot, and even the ability to use Android apps on your iPhone.
