Message of Hindu-Muslim unity reached Lucknow and Bengaluru – Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, Prof. Kodandaram and Mr. Veda Kumar

Hyderabad: The voice raised in Hyderabad for Hindu-Muslim unity reached Lucknow in UP and Bengaluru in Karnataka where Sikh and others are organizing Iftaar Parties in Churches and other places depicting the message of Hindu-Muslim unity. This was disclosed by Mr. Zaheerudin Ali Khan, Managing Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily while addressing Eid Milap function organized by SCs, STs, BCs and Muslim Front at Madina Education Center, Nampally. Present on this occasion were Prof. Kodandaram, Chairman of TJAC, Mr. Veda Kumar, Chairman, TRC, Mr. B. Raju, Dalith leader, Mr. Yadagiri, Mr. Ramdas, Shaik Faheem, Student leader, Mr. Nayeemullah Shareef and others. Mr. Anwar Khan conducted the meeting, Mr. Sanaullah Khan, Convener monitored the arrangements.

 

Continuing his presidential address, Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan told that Hindu-Muslim unity is the need of the hour. Country is not only facing the danger of communalism but economically it was hit very badly after 2014. Before the General Elections, a group of intellectuals had started “Pheku.vom” website which got included on the top websites of the world within 2 months. He further told that politicians make false promises to get votes. Mr. Modi became PM in the same manner. Mr. KCR also followed the same strategy. He also mentioned that in order to expose the false promises of the politicians, all of us should fight together.

 

Prof. Kodandaram told that separate Telangana was not the result of the struggle of a single party. It is a joint effort of all the parties. It is the duty of the Govt. to eradicate backwardness of all the sections of society. Quoting Prof. Jai Shanker, he said that the real success of our struggle is to benefit all the sections of the society. So long as we do not fulfill the dream of Prof. Jai Shanker, our objective of Telangana Movement remains unfulfilled.

 

Mr. Veda Kumar told that no movement of the Govt. could be successful without the inclusion of people’s representatives. Mr. Nayeemullah Shareef lamented that TRS Govt. has not yet filed its counter affidavit in Lanco Hills Case whereas its hearing is scheduled to be held on 15th July in Supreme Court.
