Heat wave conditions prevail in the State with temperatures hovering around 44 degrees in some places.
The highest temperature of 44 degrees was recorded at Rentichinthala followed by Nizamabad (43), Hanakonda, Medak and Ramagundam (42).
Mahabubnagar, Nalgonda and the city recorded 41 degrees.
Kavali in Nellore district was hot at 40 degrees and the steel city of Visakhapatnam was relatively coolest at 33 degrees. (INN)
