Jaipur, January 18: Mercury continued to rise in parts of Rajasthan today giving respite to people from cold, Met officials said.
Mount Abu remained the coldest place at two degree Celsius as against yesterday temperature near freezing point, they said.
Elsewhere, Chittorgarh recorded a minimum of 4.8 degree Celsius as against yesterday’s 4.5 deg C.
Jaipur and Dabok recorded a minimum temperature of 6.1 deg C each followed by Sikar and Jhalawar (8.5 deg C each), Jaisalmer (9.2 deg C), Kota (9.6 deg C), Jodhpur (10.2 deg C), Barmer (11.4 deg C) and Ajmer (11.6 deg C), Met officials said.
According to a Met forecast, weather conditions would remain the same tomorrow.
