Menu for RSS meet: Love Jihad, Cow Slaughter and more

Love jehad, forced conversions, cow slaughter and upcoming Assembly polls will be some of the most important issues on the agenda for the RSS’ annual meet that will begin in Lucknow on Tuesday.

“Akhil Bhartiya Karyakari Mandal” consist of top Sangh leaders will conveyed the meeting in Lucknow after a gap of many years andwill make an assessment of the NDA government’s performance.

According to Sangh functionary, the meet also make suggestions for Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh and other states.

“Sarsanghchalak” Mohan Bhagawat, “Sarkaryavah” Bhaiyyaji Joshi and “Sah Sarkaryavah” Suresh Soni, Dattatreya Hosbale and Krishna Gopal wre the top five office-bearers of the RSS will be camping in Lucknow.

Amit Shah, the BJP president, general secretary Ram Madhav and national general secretary (organisation) Ram Lal will also attend the meeting.

The Sangh functionary speaking about the agenda of the meeting said, “Love jehad” is not a political agenda. But as a social organisation, the purpose is to educate girls and make them aware of such dangers.”

Main brainstorming sessions will be held from October 17 to 19 and the office-bearers will also discuss other matters raised by RSS workers and spreading out of the RSS’ base and bringing people into “shakhas” are also included in the agenda.
