New Delhi: Advocate Mehmood Pracha, who is also the legal advisor of Shaheen Bagh protestors, strongly condemned the statement made by BJP MP Parvesh Verma against the Shaheen Bagh protestors and said that they will not only issue legal notice to Parvesh Verma but will also register FIR against him.
BJP MP Parvesh Verma threatened the protestors saying once BJP comes into power we will vacate Shaheen Bagh in an hour.
Mr Pracha said ‘no MP is above law, we will take serious note of the issue.’
BJP MP Parvesh Verma also said “…Lakhs of people gather there (Shaheen Bagh). People of Delhi will have to think & take a decision. They’ll enter your houses, rape your sisters&daughters, kill them. There’s time today, Modi ji & Amit Shah won’t come to save you tomorrow…”
