The Telugu Desam Legislature Party meeting will be held in Kaikaluru in Krishna district on March 7. Pary president N. Chandrababu Naidu, who is currently on “Vasthunna Mee Kosam” padayatra in the district, will be reaching Kaikaluru by March 7 to preside over the meeting.
In view of the State Budget presentation is scheduled to be held on March 18, the TDPLP is likely to discuss the strategy to be adopted in the Assembly on that date. The party leaders also decided to hold the Party politburo meeting on March 9 under the chairmanship of Chandrababu Naidu.
According to informed sources, selection of candidates for MLC election, conduct of local body elections, menacing power cut and other burning problems might dominate the discussions at the Politburo meeting. (NSS)
