When the student report the colleges they were shocked to know that there allotment is invalid, and said the case is pending in High court.

As per the norm under category A the fee is Rs. 60,000 per annum, category B seat fee is
Rs. 2,40,000 per annum which is filled based on merit in EAMCET, the management is allowed to fill rest of 40 percent of seat based on 10+2 merit list, but as the government is getting complain in large-scale that this 40 percent seat is fill by auction to the candidate who are willing to pay
Rs.70 Lakhs.

To check this irregularities the government from this year started online procedure for category C seat, as the Management is against of this online procedure the case has been filed in high court and the decision is pending.

As the decision is pending for Category C seat not for Category A and B seat, but unnecessary college Management is trying to link this to put pressure on the Government
