The Delhi High Court today pulled up the Delhi government for not filing a proper affidavit with respect to medical facilities available to prisoners in Tihar Jail here.
“What is this. Why have you not filed a proper affidavit.
You have only mentioned legal provisions in the affidavit.
What are you doing with respect to dead bodies in hospitals?” a bench of justices Badar Durrez Ahmed and Siddharth Mridul asked.
