Job Description
The Following are the JOB RESPONSABILITIES in PROJECT DEPARTMENT:
Mechanical Engineers:
1. Having sound knowledge in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
2. Knowing the principals of Milk Processing Industry operations and its major equipments working principles.
3. Experience in Mechanical Erection of Dairy Plants like Bulk Coolers, Chilling Centres, Packing Plants & Product Plants with good engineering practices.
4. Having enough knowledge erection of Steam Boilers and coordinating with IBR Officials.
5. Full knowledge in Auto Cad.
6. Preparation of Plant Layouts with meeting sequence of operations till dispatch dock.
7. Preparation of line drawings of all service and utility lines as per the site conditions before starting at site implementation.
8. Preparation of BOQs for all the required services / utilities to the concerned Milk Chilling Units, Bulk Coolers, Packing Stations, etc.,
9. Raising the Online Indents for all the required items, equipments, Pipes and Pipe Fittings with the prior approval from the Functional Head.
10. Completion of assigned project within a stipulated time and stipulated budget.
11. Preparation and Submission of necessary applications with all the supporting documents to the Commissioner of Industries through Single Window Clearance committee for obtaining the initial approvals before commencement of civil works.
12. Continuous persuasions and assistance to the Purchase Department from raising the Purchase Orders to till receiving the items / equipments, etc., to the site.
13. Inviting the concerned service engineers and getting the commissioning reports to avail the warrantee / guarantee of the respective equipments / machineries.
14. Work Progress Reporting to the Functional Heads in the regular intervals.
15. Verification and Certification of Erection Bills with measurements.
Salary:INR 2,25,000 – 3,00,000 P.A
